We combine virtual/face-to-face learning workshops and self-study, with the support of a dedicated tutor/coach to create a bespoke package of learning that is right for you and provides a visible return on investment.

About the Programme

We can offer this qualification for individuals, with a flexible enrolment date and personalised programme of study, utilising our open course programme. If you are an organisation with multiple learners, we can deliver this programme in-house for a cohort. Typically, this will involve six learning sessions, either face-to-face or virtual.

Learners will also study in their own time and at their own pace, using their self-study guide which then maximises the productivity of the workshops. All learning is measured against guided learning hours and credit value.

We organise your programme: our price includes induction, all training materials, live training courses, personalised support, assignment marking and guidence and your ILM Certificate.

All learner will attend an induction session to the ILM Level 5 course, designed to help familiarise them with the programme and understand how their role fits with the qualification. Learners will complete six days of live delivery (face-to-face or online) and complete two work-based assignments, supported by tutorial support and self-guided study materials. For cohorts, this will be delivered in-house, three days per module. For individuals, learners will attend a series of Crisp open courses, virtually or face-to-face, aligned to the modules:

Time Management

Business Process Improvement for Efficiency and Effectiveness

To complete the qualification, all learners are required to complete two work-based assignments (one for each unit of study outlined below):

Dedicated tutorial support is provided throughout the course and all learners are eligible for membership of the ILM.
